A book titled “Teizm Seminarlari”, an Azeri translation of “Theism Discussions” by Ayatollah Mortaza Motahhari, has been published in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to Aran News website, the book includes speeches and debates among academic figures in a series of seminars on the theme.
Besides the seminars’ discussions, the book covers a collection of valuable scholarly works on the issue.
The first part of the book provides arguents for the existence of Allah making use of philosophical discussions and strong rationales.
The second part of the book investigates discussions on “theism and evolution”.
Unlike many other Muslim scholars, Martyr Motahhari takes a new and interesting approach on the “Theory of Evolution”, saying that the theory does not preclude the existence of Allah.
